Happy Birthday!

Hi, Friends!

I'm back again playing at Seize the Birthday, but with a copic colored version using the same stamp set.  I like both cards, but for different reasons.  And, here is my copic colored card...

I started with a white card base and copic colored the flowers and birds from Pretty Pink Posh.  I added more detail on the images using my Prisma colored pencils.  A white gel pen and Nuvo drops for the center of the flowers.  The fence die is from MFT.  The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.  And, silk blue ribbon to finish the card.

I 'm happy how the flowers turned out.  I do like the water colored humming bird on my previous card.  And, the above birds are good, but I feel I could have done better.  But, it's OK, every card is different.  So, here is a peek at the water colored card once again...

Ok, friends...which one do you like best?  I asked my husband, but he feels the same as I do.  I think he gave the safe answer for I already told him my opinions of the cards!:-)  Anyways, I hope you are having a wonderful day!  Take care and thanks so much for dropping by!

Hugs,
Maria

  3. Maria, each one is different and unique, I think I am partial to the first one, maybe I like the soft blue better? Not sure, because really both are gorgeous and the hummer on your second card is very pretty! Thank you for playing at Seize the Birthday!
