Paper Sweeties December Inspiration Challenge #14!

Hi Friends!

It's time for a new Inspiration Challenge over at Paper Sweeties!  You have the entire month to enter as many times as you'd like.  The winner receives a $20 gift certificate to the Paper Sweeties Shop and will be invited to be guest designer the following month!  So, get those creative juices flowing and have some fun!

Now can you believe that it is December 1st?  Whew, Christmas is just a few weeks away!  Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?  Well, you will want to put some sweet *new* Paper Sweeties stamps on your list!  Stay tuned for tomorrow and the next few days for the design team will bring you wonderful inspiration and excitement to have you running to the shop to buy those must have sweet stamps!

Isn't that a darling inspiration photo?  Lots of texture, so I was inspired to make a mitten ornament...

I started with white felt from MFT and yellow felt from PTI.  I stitched the pieces together with pearl cotton.  The black lace is from Martha Stewart.  Pom pom trim from Jo-Ann Fabric.  Buttons were added and tied with pearl cotton.  A felt heart was die cut with pearls and button added.  The sentiment is from the stamp set Let It Snow.  I hope you enjoyed viewing my mitten ornament.  And, please stop to view more awesome inspiration from the design team as follows...
