Hi, there!
Happy April 1st! And, it's time for the Dies R Us Challenge! The theme is use scallops! I made the above card for my friend, Nancy, who will turn 60 in a couple of months! For my card, I was inspired to use the beautiful birthday cake stamp from Paper Sweeties! I added liquid pearls to make it look like yummy frosting on the cake! The balloons and ribbon are from Paper Sweeties, also. The background paper is from BoBunny. And, the pearls are from Recollections. All dies are listed below and available at Dies R Us!
And, remember there will be a $10 winner for the challenge! There are so many choices at Dies R Us store! And, new items are added all the time! I'd love to see your project in the challenge...happy creating!

Maria, this is such a beautiful celebration of your friend! She will treasure this sweet gift for her special day. The cake indeed looks yummy... and positively delightful! The liquid pearls look fabulous. I love that you included her age for personalization. The detailing behind the cake is perfectly festive and the banner is spectacular. Oh how I've missed your work, my friend! This is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI am thankful to be visiting you (and crafting again), Maria. I once again had to step away from crafting and commenting for a couple of weeks to care for some health and family situations. I dislike being behind like this and will be playing more catch up throughout the weekend. Thank you for your patient love during this tough year.
Hugs and blessings,
Karen
