Spiritual Retreat

We were fo follow this fun sketch over at Tuesday Morning
 Sketches!
Hello there!

Happy Saturday to you all!  I made this card for a co-worker who is going on a spiritual retreat.  Another co-worker is sponsoring her at work and asked us to bring in a card for her.  She will be surprised by all the cards while on the retreat.  It will be our way of saying we are thinking of her and supporting her!

I knew what stamp to use for this card.  It's a great verse that could be used for almost any occasion.  I had fun with the doily and fussy cutting the flowers.  Pearls, lace, ribbon, and sewing added to finish off the card.  Thanks for looking here today!  Take care and have a great weekend, hugs!

Paper:  Crate Paper, Recollections
Stamp:  Verve
Ink:  SU(Crumb Cake)
Lace, Pearl Cotton:  Jo-Ann Fabric

  9. Oh, it's gorgeous and will mean so much to this lady. My sis asked me to do this same thing for one of her friends who was going to a retreat. Such a wonderful idea.
