Happy Easter!

 
Hi there,
 
I thought I'd try another watercolor card for  Virginia's View Challenge.  I picked up a watercolor set and got to work.  And, here is my card...
 
 
 
I used a Tim Holtz stencil for the background.  I colored the chick image with copics.  I punched out some birds and leaves.  Gems were added.  The sentiment is from Verve and the ribbon is from Flourishes.  My little Easter scene pretty much took away the focus of the watercolor.  My brain went a little vintage, I guess...lol.  So, I'm not sure it all ties in well together or not.  But, there you have it...my watercolor Easter card.

    It's a wonderful and very pretty Easter card. Love the little chick all dressed up for Easter. I love stencils and yours looks great. Good job coloring, Maria. I didn't miss those cute birds, either. :-)
