Coffee Lovers Summer Blog Hop!



Hi there!

Paper Sweeties is one of the 'Super Sponsors' for the Summer Edition of the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  The hop is starting today 6/5/15 and will run through Friday, June 12th @11:59 p.m. Pacific time.  Paper Sweeties has donated a $50 gift certificate to the boutique!  Lots of awesome prizes to be had!!!



Oh, I do love some coffee!  The first thing I do in the morning is go to the coffee maker.  So, I was happy to get out my Paper Sweeties stamps/dies and go to work with this coffee themed card.  And, here is my card...

 
For my card, I started with a purple card base and paired it with white.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from the stamp set Homemade With Love.  The coffee cup was stamped using the same stamp set.  And, it was die cut using Sweet Cuts-Homemade With Love.  The alphas are from the stamp sets Alphas-Upper Case and Alphas-Lower Case.  The seam binding ribbon(Grape) is from Paper Sweeties, also.  The heart doily from EK was punched and cut in half.  Pearls from SU to finish the card.

    Love your coffee-themed creation, Maria! Such fun vintage touches, and love the purple scheme. I tend to shy away from purple, but I do love it when I see it, and think it looks amazing with your crisp white touches. Loving the little mmmmmm... sentiment at the bottom. That just makes me smile!

    Maria, I love this with all of my coffee-loving heart! You paired coffee with my favorite color... it brings me such joy! The coffee mug is fabulous and I love the purple ribbon you tied on the handle. :o) Hearts always belong on mugs and your use of the alphas is fabulous. The doily base/tablecloth is GORGEOUS! :o) The sentiment is darling, too. You always showcase Paper Sweeties goodies to perfection. Lovely work, my kind and talented friend!
