Hello, Friends!
I certainly miss being up here in my craft room! I'm not supposed to do a lot of stairs yet while recuperating from hip surgery. I finished my home PT this past week and start regular PT tomorrow. I have progressed to a cane. I can hardly wait to be walking normal once again! Oh, the things that we take for granted!
I have a couple of cards to share today that I had made before surgery. The above card went out to a friend. I didn't write down the company for the flower image. The butterfly and border was made with a punch. And, the embossed background was given to me by a friend.
Next up...
This card went out to my great nephew. He recently graduated from high school and will soon be going to college. They grow up so fast, don't they?! The balloon image is from SSS.
Ok, that's all for now. Thanks so much for dropping by today! I hope you have a wonderful day! Take care, hugs!!
I am pleased to hear that you are making good progress after your surgery. Love both cards, so lovely and cheery xx
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are recuperating well, hang in there. Two beautiful birthday card, very cheerful and uplifting.
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous cards Maria especially the male one...so hard to do! I hope you continue to recover well from your surgery. Don't overdo it! Take care. sending hugs c
ReplyDeleteI never thought of you having stairs. That will slow you down a bit. I didn't have home PT, so you're already ahead! Love the first card with that beautiful flower and border! I probably sent the embossed panel and need to use that folder again as it's so versatile. Fun card for the 18 yr old with that great color combo!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you are getting on well after surgery, keep at it. Fabulous cards Maria, both so different, but nonetheless beautiful. x
ReplyDeleteAwesome twofers. The yellow palette on the first card is so lovely and light. The second is a great masculine card.
