A Sad Farewell...

It's with great sadness to say that our beloved pet, Shadow, passed
over the rainbow bridge on Monday, 11-5-18.  He was 12 yr. old and battled a terrible disease for the past 3  1/2 yr.  Usually dogs
with this disease, which is degenerative myelitis, last only 1-2 yr. after being diagnosed with it.  It is a disease that has symptoms similar to MS.  He was a brave warrior and did his best until the end with much love and care.  He was very smart, sweet, and protective!  Our sweet guy will be dearly missed!  




In his younger years he loved to catch
the frisbee.
He loved taking truck rides!

25 Days of Christmas Tags!

 I went snowman crazy for my tags because I just love snowmen!

Here is a photo of my shaker tag along with snowman/snow woman tags....


For my shaker tag, I started with Sweet Cuts-Circle Scallop Frames.  The snowman image and tree are from the stamp set Snow Time.  The sentiment is from the set Thanks Snow Much.  The sequin mix is Robin Egg and Marshmallow.  Nuvo Drops-Ruby Slippers and twine to finish the tag.

Next up,  the snowman and snow woman tags were made using the the stamp set Snow Friends.  Every year I make tags using these darling snowmen/women...one of my favorites!  The inside sentiments for the tags are from the set For You.  Marshmallow sequins were placed on the hearts.  Tiny pom-poms and twine to finish the tags.

Hi, Friends!

Happy November 1st!

As you can see above, Jake and Abigail are ready for Thanksgiving!  Lots of fall stamps and dies were used to create my planner this month.  And, a *new* planner stamp set, which will be released on 11-15-18!  It  is Planner Series: Everyday Basics that will be a great addition when stamping my planner pages!  It has days of the week, numbers for time, get it done, even nap time!  I especially love the numbers to stamp the time!

Here is a photo of the new stamp set....Everyday Basics!



Abigail's outfit and large pumpkin is from the stamp set Happy Thanksgiving.  Jake's outfit and turkey are from the stamp set Gobble Gobble.  The hay bale and corn stalk is from the set Stand Add on: Scarecrow.  The leaves are from the set Give Thanks.

Dies R us-November 1, 2018-(Use a die with stitching on it)






Hi, Friends!

I'm here to share with you my card for the Dies R Us Challenge!  The theme is (Use a die with stitching on it).  Come join in on the fun and have a chance to win a gift certificate!  Enjoy creating!

I decided to go with a Thanksgiving theme, which is just around the corner.  For all my friends in the USA, I'm wishing for you harvest blessings and a wonderful blessed Thanksgiving!  There is so much to be thankful for such as family, friends, and good health!

And, here is my card...



For my card, I used Lawn Fawn dies, which are listed below.  The paper is from Doodlebug and Echo Park.  The turkey, pumpkins, and sentiment is from Verve(retired).  Nuvo Gold Drops and ribbon to finish the card.
