My Heart is Yours...

Hi there!

TGIF!  Aren't you glad it's Friday?!  It's been a hectic
week for me emotionally and physically.  Some things
going on in my personal life, which I won't go into, but
my card therapy certainly helps to distract me!:-)  This
shall pass too.  I must trust in the Lord for His under-
standing and plan and not mine.  Oh, but isn't it difficult
at times?

Anyways, I whipped up this little Valentine card for
my husband.  I just love the Valentine paper from
Reminisce.  It reminds me of when I was a school
girl long long ago...lol!  I couldn't resist putting
on some glitterly hearts and ribbon.  I tried the
ever popular chalkboard technique by BetsyVeldman.
I could have been more precise, but maybe by my
next try at this fun technique it'll be better.  I'm
entering this card over at Word Art Wednesday.
The theme this week for the challenge is anything
goes.  Easy peasy, huh?!

OK...I just might be back with another card before
the weekend is done.  You take care and enjoy
your crafting!  Thanks for dropping by, hugs!

  2. Yes, it is difficult. Hope you have peace soon.
I love your valentine and I see what you mean about the paper. Reminds me of valentines we used to swap at school. I suppose some schools don't that anymore. Your chalkboard looks like a lot of fun. I've never tried it.

    Have a wonderful weekend.

  10. That's a really beautiful vintage design, and it reminds me of when I exchanged Valentines with my friends in elementary school. I know it's hard sometimes, but we just have to Believe in Him, and not be afraid. He is in control.
