Hi there!
Hope you are staying warm on this cold wintery day! I will welcome spring all the more due to this bitter cold snowy winter, won't you?:-)
Today I'd like to share with you a card I made to enter the challenge over at Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge. We were to make a card with the the theme-Love Letter. Here is my card...
I started with a white card base and layered with red paper and pink doily. I used my new PTI heart plate for the hearts. They were glittered and pearls attached. The mini vellum envelope has a little love note with punch hearts inside. I added glitter to the wooden figures and heart. A white gel pan was used to write the word love on the heart and for the border. The final touch was adding red ribbon tied with pearl cotton.
Thanks so much for dropping by! Have a great day, hugs!
Supplies:
Paper: PTI, Bazzill
Doily, envelopes: Hobby Lobby
Heart Plate: PTI
Pearls: Queen&Co.
Ribbon: Really Reasonable Ribbon
Pearl Cotton: Jo-Ann Fabric
Small Heart Punch: EK
Stickles: Ranger
Wooden figures: Lily Bee Design
White gel pen: SU
There you go with another beautiful ribbon/bow. You do the best ones. I'll have to check out that PTI heart plate. Your mini envie is so sweet. A wonderful card that speaks love all over it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card, Maria! So sweet! I have to say I love winter and while I don't mind spring, I really dislike summer. Hence, I enjoy each day of the winter season.
ReplyDeleteSo fun Maria! I love it! I have my eye on the heart plate too! It is adorable with all the fun colors you used! :)

Maria, what a darling Valentine! This is so so cute!
ReplyDeleteI am ready for spring and some warmer weather. I am not a person who likes the winter months...Grew up in Florida and lived in Hawaii for 9 years. Missing the warmth. Our auxiliary heat has kicked on, and I don't want to think about the power bill. Bring on Spring and Summer.
Maria, your card is so pretty and fun those hearts remind me of candy hearts. Your bow is so pretty too!

ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I will definitely welcome spring this year. Most years, I complain that there's not enough snow or cold (I truly appreciate winter). This year, I've gotten plenty of both, so spring will seem like a real gift!
Your bow caught my eye; it,;s gorgeous. Love the way you tied it together with a bit of pearl cotton. Love that heart plate!
