Paper Sweeties November Release Rewind!

Welcome Back!

How do you like the *new* release so far?  Awesome new stamps/dies, right?  Today is Release Rewind to show you some new and previous released stamps/dies.  I made an upcycled gift can from a coffee can using the new stamp set Happy Holidays(Merry Christmas).  The snowflakes are from a previous released stamp set Snow Friends with coordinating die Sweet Cuts-Snow Friends.  And, the last stamp set used for the gift can is from a previously released set Banner Wishes (to:  from: )

For my project, I stamped Merry Christmas on white paper and then covered it with vellum.  I attached the tag with ribbon, yarn, holly.  The (black) Licorice seam binding ribbon is from Paper Sweeties.  The lid is decorated with a large snowflake from Hobby Lobby and a larger snowflake from Snow Friends.  Here is a photo of the lid...

Well, you know, I had so much fun with the tag for the gift can that I decided to make more tags.  And, they can be seen below...

The first three tags on top row and the first tag on the bottom row are made with the *new* stamp set Happy Holidays.  The wreath tag with sentiment in the first row is from the stamp set Season of Love.  Such a pretty wreath with sentiment, don't you think?  And, the darling angel tag was made using the stamp set Make the Season Bright with coordinating die Sweet Cuts-Make the Season Bright.  The twine and ribbon(seam binding)Licorice and Green Apple are from Paper Sweeties, also.  The twine is Green Apple and Strawberry.

Well, I must be on a tag making frenzy.  Because I made more tags...woohoo!

I just LOVE the darling snowman, which is from the stamp set Snow Friends.  And, I used the coordinating dies Sweet Cuts-Snow Friends.  The same twine and seam binding ribbon was used as seen on the first set of tags except for the aqua(Robin Egg) seam binding, which is from Paper Sweeties.  If you visit my blog often, you know that I do not make many tags.  But, I have to admit, it was lots of fun!

Hop along following the list below to see wonderful projects from the team!  You won't be disappointed!

  5. Wow! Maria, this is such a gorgeous collection of Christmas goodies! It's clear to see how inspired you always are.. you bring the best out of every product! Your upcycled coffee can is beautiful! I love the flowing ribbon, sweet holly, and pretty papers. And of course the tag is beautiful! I always appreciate how you perfectly coordinate/complement patterns and designs.

And all of your other tags are stunning! Wow, you were on a roll! :o) The scenes and sentiments are all marvelous and I love the red and green twine! It's so hard to choose favorites but I especially love the little village scenes and sparkle-centered hearts with the snowmen! Such an amazing collection of projects, Maria! Thank you for the inspiration. :o)
