Hi, Friends!
It's time once again for the Paper Sweeties Monthly Challenge! And, I'm excited to announce that the winner will be awarded a $25 gift certificate to the store! You can make a project and be inspired by anything in the photo...anything goes! I'm entering this in the challenge over at Word Art Wednesday and Curtain Call Challenge.
This is my second post for today, so please scroll down to see my card made for Dies R Us Challenge! And, here is my card for Paper Sweeties...
For my card, I was inspired by the stars and stripes on the wreath in the inspiration photo. I made the above card for my brother-in-law for his bday, which is on July 4th! What a great day to have a birthday. Fireworks on your birthday, how fun!
I colored Jake with copics and made a star burst background using the set I Love Summer. His uniform is from the set You're My Hero. The flag and sentiment are from the same set. Sequins(Strawberry) and twine to finish the card.
I used this sketch for my card...
