Baling Hay...

Hi there!

Happy Sunday to you, friends!  Our son is here this weekend doing work on our bedroom.  He and my husband are putting up new trim.  New closet doors will be hung, also.  It was all supposed to be done while we were on vacation, but the wood didn't arrive on time.  But, it happens with best intentions and that's ok as long as things get done.

Anyways, my guys are working hard and I noticed some farmers working hard also in the field behind our house.  Those are soybeans first with the wheat behind it.  And, behind the wheat is corn.  Those farmers will surely be busy come harvest time.  I thought I'd share these photos because it just looked like a great photo opportunity.  They aren't the best because the wind was blowing, but I hope you enjoy!  Also, just a few photos of flowers around the house...

  4. I am jealous ( no just kidding) but you sure do live in a beautiful part of the USA. This is such a beautiful time of the year. Living outdoors as much as you can and the photos are lovely to look at. Your hostas and geraniums are stunning! My hostas were all visited by snails; despite all the precautions I took.... And they are not looking half as gorgeous as yours. There is not much left of mine :) Enjoy your day; hugs!
