Paper Sweeties May 2016 Release Party!



Hi, Friends!

Welcome to Paper Sweeties Release Party!  All *new* products are available today in the shop!  I stamped handsome Jake and die cut him with coordinating die Sweet Cuts-Jake.  He was paper pieced in his fine suit using the stamp set Best Dad.  He is a gentleman and handing Abigail the pretty flower.  She is in a lovely dress from the stamp set It's Tea Time.  The darling couple was colored with copics.  The sentiment is from the stamp set Best Dad.  The bottom border was made using *new* Sweet Cuts-Sweet Borders with the scallops and hearts.  I know I'll be using the Sweet Cuts-Sweet Borders on many of my projects in the future!  I'm saving this card to give to my husband for our anniversary next month!:-)

    They are adorable! Love the paper flower you added and love the embossed background. And what a fun way to do the sentiment, too! Makes me smile, and makes me think of all the prom couples I saw in their fancy outfits yesterday. :)

    This is such a beautiful anniversary card, Maria.. your sweetie will treasure it! The colors and texture throughout your card are so pretty. The lovebirds couldn't be lovelier and I just adore your detail of him handing her a flower. :o) The sweet border is gorgeous and the color palette is stunning. Wonderfully done, my dear friend!
