Long time no post! I've been busy with design team projects, birthday cards, etc. Also, planting flowers. Our dog, Sheila has been keeping us busy, too. We took her to the vet last Monday and we take her again today. The poor thing had some digestive issues and has since resolved them, thank goodness! Today, we take her for a swollen area around her mammary gland that I noticed yesterday. I do hope all turns out well. Our pups are so dear...a big part of our lives! I'm here working in my craft room/ office area and she enjoys laying in her bed while I craft.
I do have a card today and I'm just getting it in under the wire for the challenge at Simon Says. It's a birthday card for my sis who has a birthday next month. She loves flamingos and I couldn't resist purchasing the stamp set from Sunny Studio.
All images were colored with copics. The die used for the water and sentiment is from Lawn Fawn. My sis, Christina, is the middle flamingo. She is the star of the show since it will be her birthday. And, my other sisters and me are the surrounding flamingos. It was so fun making this birthday card for her. I hope she likes it! I finished the card by spraying on Brutus Monroe pearl shimmer mist for the water. It's difficult to see, but it does give a nice shine.
Thanks so much for dropping by today! Enjoy your day! Take care!
Hugs!
