Welcome to November Featured Products Inspiration Day #3! We are highlighting the Paper Dolls this month! Today, I am featuring the Paper Doll, Madison!
For my card, I started with a white card base and paired it with a die cut heart using glitter paper. The heart is from the set Sweet Cuts-With Love, so pretty! Madison is in her angel outfit ready for the school play. I remember in first grade I was going to be an angel, but the teacher changed her mind and had me play the virgin Mary. My cousin, Tom, was Joseph. All I had to do was kneel and hold the baby Jesus. I have to say that was the last of my starring in a school play. I did just fine, but if you know me, I don't like to be in the spotlight. Madison's outfit and sentiment are from the set Christmas Blessings. Heart gems and pearl cotton tied in a bow to finish the card.

Thank you so much for dropping by today!
Take care, hugs!
Madison looks beautiful in her angel robe and halo. I love that gold doily behind her. I'm glad you decided to pursue making cards rather than acting or I wouldn't have met you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful and lovely card Maria. So sweet.

Fun to remember your starring role, Maria! Your card is a star, too! Madison makes the sweetest angel & I love the heart background!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a darling little card with the golden heart behind the angel! Your memories of the school play remind me of myself - I'm a shadow person and hate being in the spotlight too! LOL
ReplyDeleteAww! I bet you made a lovely Mary. Your card is beautiful...
