Hello, Friends!
Are you ready for Easter? Just a couple weeks away and the day will be here. Easter is one holiday that I take the day off from cooking, yeah! We go out to one of our favorite restaurants and eat delicious food! Whatever you have planned for the special holiday I hope you have a great day!
The above card is one that was sent out to a my friend, Greta. She gave me the pretty embossed panel, so I thought I'd make a card for her with it. Thank you, Greta! The new butterflies are from Lawn Fawn. Aren't those the sweetest little butterflies?! The sentiment is from Simon Says. I sponged the butterflies with distress ink. Gold dots to finish the card.
I'm entering this card over at the NBUS Challenge and The Four Seasons Challenge.

Ok, friends. Have a happy crafty day! Thanks so much for dropping by today, take care!
Hugs!
How fun to go out for Easter dinner, Maria! (I might have to bring up this idea with my family!) Your Easter card is beautiful with the line of pretty butterflies across the embossed background! Greta will love it! She is always so sweet and generous! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! Happy Easter! Hugs, Darnell

I thought I recognized the background, but couldn't take my eyes off those darling butterflies! They're even more beautiful in person and I love the shine from the gold when the light hits them! Thanks so much, Maria! Fun that you have the tradition of Easter dinner out--enjoy!
ReplyDeleteCute butterflies… refreshing idea to use them for an Easier card.
ReplyDeleteLove the embossing with the gorgeous butterflies, so beautifully coloured. With a lovely quote for the greeting. x
