Today is day one to highlight a papersweetie doll!  And, today I am featuring Madison!  She is enjoying a warm spring day with her wooly friend!  Madison's outfit is from the set Aloha. I paper pieced her outfit and colored it with copics.  The sheep, flowers, and sentiment are from the set Ewe make me happy.  The bird is from the set Home Tweet Home.  And, the grass is from the set Treat Box Add-on: Home&Garden.  For the cloud background, I made a stencil using Sweet Cuts-Let's go to the beach.  I sponged on clouds using a distress ink of broken china.  It's difficult to see, but I added perfect Pearls Mists(turquoise) for a nice shine.  Twine to finish the card.

I hope you take a peek at the list below of my talented teammates to view more inspiration!

Birthday and signs of spring!

Hi, Friends!

It turned cold here again in NW Ohio.  The temp right now is 48 degrees.  Is this May?  Ha, what a quick turn in the weather!  And, the weatherman talks about possible snow at the end of the week?  It's time to fire that guy, lol!  We had a wonderful warm day on Sunday.  We enjoyed the warm weather and walked in one of our favorite places at the Hayes Center in my home town.  Anyway, today I have a birthday card for a niece and photos of the signs of spring around my house.  I'm entering the below birthday card over at Stamplorations.

For my card, I started with a white card base and used a stencil from Altenew.  Distress inks of Mustard Seed and Lucky Clover were applied.  The flowers are from Altenew, also.  I colored them with copics.  The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted.  The gems are from Ink Road.  It's difficult to see, but I added Wink of Stella on the flowers and different areas on the background.

Even though the weather turned cold again, the view outside my windows shows signs of spring...

Baby Robins!

Ok, friends, that's all for now!  If you have warm weather where you are, please send some this way....please...lol!  Take good care...stay safe!  And, thanks so much for dropping by today!

Hugs!

My planner isn't a full planner due to the restrictions from the coronovirus. I know it's important for continued safety.  Our state is slowly opening up businesses today.  I'm sure there will be lots of changes, continued masks, and social distancing.

One thing I am looking forward to is planting flowers and getting out in the warm sunshine!  I have a flower theme for my planner this month!  How about you?  Do you plant lots of flowers or maybe even a garden?

Madison is wearing her garden outfit with her frog friend.  Her outfit, flowers, basket, and frog are from the set I pick you.

I have another post today, so please scroll down to see my DRU card.

Here is a closer view of the first page...
