Hi Friends!
Just popping in quick to share with you a card I made for the challenge over at Colour Q! I just could not resist this challenge with the gorgeous inspiration photo and fabulous colors! I needed a birthday card for a friend for next week, so I went to work on this card...
I started with a navy card base and paired it with white, purple and blue. The floral heart die is from Memory Box. I used a blender pen to add all the SU colors to the heart. The sentiment is from PTI. The dots are from Doodlebug. I used a Martha Stewart border punch and a SU white ribbon to finish off the card.
Thanks so much taking a peek at my card today! Take care and have a great weekend!
Hugs,
Maria
I don't think I would ever think up that color combo, but it is just amazing! Wow, so unique and eye catching! Love how you colored bits and pieces of the heart to match your scheme, and love the pretty border punched edging!
ReplyDeleteMaria, it is clear to see how much you love that photo inspiration! What a gorgeous palette and you've used it so beautifully! The heart focal point is stunning and I love the pretty borders you added. The enamel dots are such a fun touch and this is sure to be treasured by your friend. :o) Marvelous! I hope you have a blessed weekend!
