Hi, there!
Happy Sunday to you! The rain finally stopped here. The sun is shining...yeah! It's getting closer to planting flowers, but we do have a chance of frost for the next couple of nights. Probably another week and I'll be buying flowers. One of my favorite times of the year!
Anyways, I'm here again for the Curtain Call Challenge. I'm also entering my card over at City Crafter.
I embossed some butterflies from Altenew and used distress oxide inks for the background. Dots and pink ribbon to finish the cards. And, here are the cards...
Ok, here is the second card. I can't decide if it should be with or without the ribbon? What do you think?
My husband thought it should be with the ribbon. I left the ribbon on because this card is going to my friend, Nancy, and I think she would like the pink ribbon.
Well, that's all for now. Thanks so much for stopping by today! Take care!
Hugs,
Maria
I'm returning the visit... and OH do I LOVE the grey panel, Maria! Usually, as it's my favorite color of all, I would have gone grey myself! and who can resist pink and green? Wonderful cards!

I love seeing the similar cards in the two colourways - both beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour cards are stunning and they are perfect for our current challenge at CCCB :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, Maria! I think the second one should be with the ribbon, too. I always buy and plant my flowers on Mother's Day weekend--seems to be a good time as far as temperatures go.
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are gorgeous, Maria. Love the beautiful color scheme. :)
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you entered our challenge! Good to see you at CCCB Maria; have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteI agree with hubby--the pink ribbon looks great! Love the first card, too--beautiful inks for the pretty butterflies! Have a great week, Maria!
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty Maria! Love the beautiful embossed butterflies! Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are fabulous, Maria! Love the oxide ink background - it's gorgeous. I think the pink ribbon on the second card is perfect!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful backgrounds and I vote for the ribbon!
ReplyDeleteYou've created some real beauties whilst I've been away... These are both stunners and I do like the ribbon... Many thanks for playing along at CCCB!
ReplyDeleteOooh, love the inky backgrounds on here with the embossed butterflies! The grey blend is really graphic and eye catching, and I adore how you did the stripes, too. The enamel dots blend so perfectly with the embossing. And I think it looks good with the ribbon or without... both are really cool!
ReplyDeleteThese are super sweet, love those colors you used!
