Dies R Us Challenge September 1, 2018! (Red, White & Blue)

Hi, Friends!

I'm here to share with you my card for the Dies R Us Challenge!  The theme is (Red, White &Blue).  Come join in on the fun and have a chance to win a gift certificate!  Enjoy creating!

I decided to use my new Lawn Fawn birthday die for this red, white, and blue card.  Also, I thought I'd use my flower dies for star bursts.  Just another way to get more use out of those wonderful dies!

And, here is my card...

I started with a navy base and paired it with Doodlebug paper.  The red scalloped border was made using a Lawn Fawn die.  As stated above, the birthday line border die is from Lawn Fawn.  And, the chrysanthemum flower dies that I used as star bursts are from Sue Wilson.

Another view of my card...

All dies that were used for my card with links are listed below.  I hope you create a project using dies and join us for the challenge!

There are so many choices at Dies R Us store!  Hope you check out the store for  amazing selection of dies, stamps, papers, inks, etc.!  I'd love to see your project in the challenge...happy creating!

Would you like more inspiration?  Check out some amazing creations from my talented teammates!

  7. Oh wow--those dies make perfect starbursts--love them! Just a darling birthday card, Maria! Sorry I'm so late getting here--can't get myself organized enough to keep up these days. Hope you've enjoyed the holiday weekend. We couldn't watch the end of our OSU playing your OSU--sad to see a team struggle that much. Really think they should be Div 2 instead of 1. At least they scored, even if it was against the 4th string--haha!
