Hi, Friends!
I hope you are doing well on this summer day! Storms blew threw here a couple days ago. We didn't have any damage. But, in Michigan that's not too far from us, there was a tornado that damaged an elderly couple's home. I'm glad that they were not hurt. It's a cooler day here and it may only reach about 70. It's a welcome relief from the humidity.
Anyways, I'm here to share with you a couple cards. The above card is for a friend who recently moved. All images and sentiment are from Paper Sweeties. I colored the images with copics. The background was made using distress inks. Twine to finish the card.
Also, I'm happy to report that our dog, Sheila, is back to her normal peppy self. She loves to hunt for rabbits. I believe we have a few that live under our deck. The first thing she does is try to look for them when I take her out. She's a silly rabbit hunter, lol!
Next up, is a card I made for my friend's husband who just had knee surgery.
Well, that's all for now until next time. Enjoy your day and take care!
So glad to hear Sheila is doing well! Love your cards, Maria! The new home scene is so cute & peaceful! Great guy card with the outdoor scene which looks like our favorite lake--except the water is so low this year!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cards Maria...thank you for visiting my blog and for your lovely comments, I really do appreciate it.
