Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hi, friends!

How are you on this fine Monday afternoon?  I was just outside with our dog and felt the warm sun and saw the beginning signs of spring!  I saw my first robin today, too!  We really didn't have a rough winter at all, especially with the snow.  We just had a some crazy weather last month with fog, ice, and very cold temps.  Anyways, I am feeling happy that spring is right around the corner!

Today, I'd like to share with you a couple St. Patrick's Day cards that I made for my hubby and son.  The above card is for hubby and I had a lot of fun using Waffle Flower stamps and dies.  Isn't that little smiling leprechaun the cutest?!  I combined the stamp set that was released last month along with the new one for this month to go with the postage die, so fun!  I gold embossed the images and colored with copics.  My hubby is part Irish and loves green, so I'm thinking he'll like this card!

Next up, a card for my son using some of the same Waffle Flower products.

I did change it up and used the shamrock background die.  I love how the shamrocks cut out with dimension.  I showed hubby the card and he thought something was wrong with it.  Maybe it's a good thing I didn't use it for his card, lol!  I colored more rainbows on this card and added the same cute leprechaun.

Ok, that's all for now.  Thanks so much for taking the time to drop by today!  Take care and have a wonderful week!

Hugs!

  4. Two great cards. I do love that postage stamp die. We have had a very mild February too and all the spring flowers are out. I am loving it, but I hope we don't get any more really cold spells now xx
