Paper Sweeties-May 2017 Release Rewind!

Hi, there!

Welcome to Paper Sweeties Release Rewind!  Today we share with you a project with new stamps/dies combined with previous released stamps/dies.  And, here is my card...

For my card, I started with a white card base and paired it with Lawn Fawn paper.  I embossed the sentiment and flower.  I water colored the background using broken china, worn lipstick, and fossilized amber distress oxide inks. The flower is from a previously released set  Hippity Hoppity Easter Wishes.  Sequin (Cookie Dough) for the center of the flower and twine for interest.

The sentiments for the background are from the new set Handmade For You.  So many sentiments in this set, which can be used for your card inside and out!  Even a stamp for the holidays, which is homemade for the holidays!  I love this set and I will be using it for many of my projects!

Please have fun hopping to see what my teammies created!  You will see some amazing creations!  Have fun!

We hope that you enjoyed this month's release!
Thanks so much for dropping by!
Take care!

Hugs,
Maria

  3. Oh, such beautiful stripes! Love your background using the oxides. The design is so cool with the scallop frame and sentiment repeated and the flower to offset. Lovely card!
