Happy Anniversary!

Hi, Friends!

I hope you are doing well on this fine Wednesday afternoon!  It's been quiet on the blog here because we were away on vacation.  We did come back early due to not enjoying ourselves at the B&B.  I won't go into details, but the owner did not meet our expectations.  But, I will say that we enjoyed shopping, a beach day, and beautiful scenery!  We were going to go kayaking, but the weather was just so hot and humid.  It is quite humid here in NW Ohio today even after a rain.  I hear my friends have it very warm in the pacific NW.  I hope it cools down there very soon for you!

Anyways, I'd like to share with you a card I made for my sis and her husband.  I know that they will be looking forward to celebrating their anniversary soon.  He just had triple bypass surgery last week.  I kept in contact with my sis every day and Ron is progressing very well.

The MFT images on the card were colored with copics.  The sentiment is from Avery Elle.  Heart dots and ribbon to finish the card.

We called about picking up our dog, Sheila, today since we came home early.  They are so sweet for they will work her in with her grooming and call us when we can pick her up.  I'll be happy to see the little sweetie!

Ok, that's all for now in my world.  Thanks so much for dropping by today!  Take care and have a wonderful day!

Hugs!!

  1. Bummer you had to leave early, but I'll bet Shelia is happy! Absolutely darling anniversary card. I'm sure it will be an extra special celebration this year--glad he's doing well! The heat was unbelievable here (112), but luckily the sea breeze pushed the hot air out & it's back to normal now.

  2. The love birds are so cute and made a great anniversary card. I hope your brother-in-law is recovering well and this will really be a great celebration for them. Wish I could see the reunion when you pick Sheila up.
