Welcome to Paper Sweeties November Release Party!
Debbie is releasing two new stamp/die sets this month called Truck Add on: Occasions and Blessed Today, I am highlighting both sets. The first set has images and sentiments for several occasions! And, the second set has many one word sentiments in a large font for many occasions. I'll be reaching for these wonderful sets time and time again for my crafting projects!
For my card, I started with a burgundy card base. Madison is dressed in her fall outfit(Happy Fall Y'all) ready to buy fresh apples and pumpkins at the farmer's market. The basket of apples is from the same set. It is a blessing indeed to have fresh apples and pumpkins. We had our apple festival here in town last month, which is always a wonderful annual event. My son invited two friends and we went for fried veges, apple dumplings, apple cider, and apple butter. A bag of apples to take home, too! And, just down the road from us is Jason's Pumpkin Patch. We buy several pumpkins to decorate in front of our house.
The pumpkins on the card are from the new set Truck Add on: Occasions. The sentiment is from the new set Blessed. The sentiments were embossed in gold. I wanted more dimension so I went over the sentiments with gold Nuvo drops. The bird with heart is from the set Treat Box Add-on: Home&Garden. The background was made with distress inks of mustard seed and spiced marmalade. I splattered orange and brown acrylic paint. Wink of Stella was added to all images to finish the card.
